We add the term "cultural" to travelogue because we aim to provide something here other than what can be found in the typical guidebook or travelogue. Our goal in these articles is to present something of the atmosphere of a place, at a given time, that is not easily found in other sources. At times we can be opinionated, but we hope that the opinions are given without pretense in a manner that is contextually cogent. Finally, we remind readers that there is a forum located at the end of each article for differing opinions of the matters discussed.
